Having owned my own restaurants for many years, there is nothing I would love more than a thriving growing restaurant industry bringing wealth and success to all. My concern is that right now we are all paying the price for the excesses of the past.. Too much money, too much profit, not enough care and forethought etc etc

I firmly believe with your ethics and your passion for the industry success will follow despite and because of articles like this that will help sift through the industry.
