BILLY CONSTANTINOU - Managing Director

Billy has been associated with the restaurant industry for nearly 40 years. He was associated with the RJ's Steakhouse Group for 22 years. During this period he was the
Managing Director of the group. For a short while thereafter he was the CEO of the Top Restaurant Group. Having been a director of a number of listed food companies, Billy
has been involved in franchising since 1986 and he started the BC Franchising Consultants Group in 2007.
BRIDGETTE BALL - Regional Director Gauteng

Bridgette has been a successful entrepreneur since 1995 when she started a corporate optical screening business, over a period of eight years the business grew from a staff
compliment of two to being a brand servicing companies nationally. In 2004 she sold her shares in the business allowing her to explore a new career in the residential
property industry in KZN. Through networking and property sales her career gradually moved into the commercial field where she developed a strong client base and she
started her own property company. She completed the new qualification requirement for real estate consultants (NQF 4) in 2008. Early 2009 she aligned herself with BC
Franchising Consultants as an Associate.
GARY SIMMONDS - Regional Director KZN

Gary has over 20 years experience in dealing with Small and Medium Enterprises across various sectors and has a sound financial and banking background. Roles filled
in a Development Financial Institution ranged from Business Analysis and Foreign Investment Promotion to involvement in the Tourism Portfolio. More recently he was
involved in dealing with Entrepreneurs wishing to finance the purchase of, start-up or expansion of a business. As an Olympic and World Cup Hockey Umpire, Gary is
ranked amongst the top 15 Hockey Umpires in the world.
ANDREW MORFOU - Associate Agent Gauteng

Andrew was the very successful owner of the well known business Morfou Shopfitters, for most of his working life. This company provides catering equipment to the restaurant
industry. He continues to represent major Franchise Groups as a consultant in this area. He has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Andrew joined the BC
Franchising Consultants team as an Associate in January 2009.
LEE CALDECOTT (NDHM) - Eastern Cape Franchisee

Lee has been involved in the hospitality industry from the day he wrote his final matric exam. Trained as a chef initially and then
attending and graduating from Wits Hotel School he entered the hotel industry, managing hotels for Holiday Inn and the Southern Sun
for 12 years. After leaving the group he started and ran three restaurants/coffee shops in Port Elizabeth from which he established the
very successful Dulce Café brand. As a partner and co-director of the group for the past 15 years he designed and built over 80
franchised restaurants in South Africa and abroad, giving him vast experience in set up, operations, financial controls and most
importantly an acute understanding of finding good operator-franchisees for the franchised restaurant industry. After passing on his
skills to a young dynamic Dulcé team, he decided to sell his shares in the brand and align himself with BC Franchising Consultants
where his knowledge of the Franchise Industry can assist brokering new buyers and sellers alike with in the industry and
beyond.
PETER STEWART - Western Cape Franchisee

It is often said in the Hospitality Industry, that if service is average, but the food is a masterpiece visually and physically your
customers will return, but not for Peter. He has over 25 years operational experience in setting up and managing restaurants in Hotels
and as businesses on their own. He is uncompromising when it comes to guest experience, which starts when the guest walks through the
door and ends when he has left the car park – everything in between evolves around excellence. He has a remarkable ability to build
rapport with all staff, to train them on technical and soft skills and to guide them in service delivery. Peter is a qualified Trainer
and Facilitator (ETDP) and believes in continuous, on the job training in the Food and Beverage Operations.
MARK HOLLAND - Western Cape Franchisee

Mark brings with him a rich background of experience in the Financial Management function within various industries. He acquired a
B.com Degree from UNISA and completed his articles in 2001 with a leading Auditing firm in South Africa. With over 8 years experience
on various functional and strategic levels within companies, Mark has an extensive grasp of the complete Financial Structure and
Function as well as the implications of non-compliance and inferior systems. His knowledge and skill in the sphere of financial
management has allowed him to assist many companies in correcting their systems, financial forecasting based on strategic objectives
and execution and ensure legal compliance.
THEO THEOCHARIDES - Northern/Southern KZN Franchisee

Theo is originally from the Cape where he secured various manufacturing agents in the Food Packaging Division (a JSE-listed Company),
and was later promoted to a Senior Corporate Position in Sales & Markering. A self-employed entrepreneur in the Hospitality Industry
with a hands-on attitude, who travelled KZN extensively, establishing strong markets with National Food Distributors and also owned
and successfully ran a National Brand Food Franchise in KZN, thus proudly accumulating over 20 years experience.
Excited to be a part of the dynamic BC Franchising Consultants team, specializing in the Food & Beverage sector, Theo is very eager to
deliver quality service based on integrity whilst maintaining strong, meaningful business relationships.
DEON NEL - Eastern Gauteng Franchisee

Deon joined the banking industry straight after leaving school during January 1982. He filled various roles within the retail banking
branch network for a number of years after which he performed credit analysis at head office level. During 1996 he switched to
business management with the emphasis on managing a number of portfolios within the professional and also the SME markets. He has
gained some valuable experience and insights within the operations and financial needs of SME businesses over a wide spectrum. He is
excited to be able to join a group such as BC Franchising Consultants where he can utilize his business and client relations built up
over many years.
